For the purposes of this Privacy Policy the words "graduate.edu.lk", "we", "our “and "us" refer
To graduate.edu.lk Pty Ltd (Com Reg)trading as graduate.edu.lk, and "Services" refers
to materials and services delivered on or through the website located at the domain name www.
graduate.edu.lk, social media web pages and smart phone applications operated by graduate.edu.lk
(with graduate.edu.lk, each related website and each smart phone application to be known as
the "Site").
This Privacy Policy covers how we collect, use, disclose and store your personal information,
and you should read it carefully prior to accessing or using the information and Services
available through the Site. In this Privacy Policy, "personal information", “Company
information’s” and “Universities information’s Local or International” means any information or
opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether
true or not and whether recorded in a material form or not.
By providing us with your personal information for the provision of our Services to you, you
agree to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this
Privacy Policy. You are not required to provide personal information to us. However, in some
instances, if you do not provide us with certain personal information we may not be able to
provide you with our Services. This may have an effect on whether we can begin or continue a

1. Our commitment to your privacy
Graduate.edu.lk provides a Service which allows you to provide feedback or commentary on
Educational institutes, Campuses and universities listed on the Site, and for Educational
institutes, Campus and universities to respond to feedback and manage and utilise their
online profiles.
Graduate.edu.lk takes your privacy seriously, and are bound by the peripheral
protection"[4849], and the Sri Lankan Privacy Principles under that Act, and any other
applicable laws relating to privacy when handling personal information (together, "Sri
Lankan Privacy Law").
2. Information we collect
We will only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for us to provide
you with the Services, or which is directly related to our provision of the Services.
The personal information which Graduate.edu.lk collects depends on the nature of your
relationship with us.
If you are an student, we collect information such as your name, the name of the company
you work for, your contact numbers and address, email address, profile photo, education
listing details, credit card or direct debit details (if you purchase an online courses
from us) and payment details.
If you post a review on the Site, we collect information such as your name, email address,
username, password, property address, image of the property, and sale price.
Other information we collect includes information that you post on our Sites or provide
through our social media channels, and records of our communications with you, including
any complaints, requests or queries.
Graduate.edu.lk may collect personal information directly from you, from third parties
you have authorised to provide us with such information, or who provide services to us
("Service Providers"), or alternatively through publicly available sources.
When you access a Site via a browser or application, our servers may record certain
information, including your IP address, web request, GPS locations, session IDs of your
interaction with a Service, browser type, browser language, and the date and time of your

this is impractical and against the law (including the Sri Lankan Privacy Law).

We collect personal information for the purpose of:

Service Providers to maintain the high quality of our Services. Some of our Service
Providers, or the services they provide (like cloud-based storage solutions), are
based outside of Sri Lanka. This could include the Philippines and places in, Europe,
Asia and the US. In order to protect your information, we will take care where possible to
work with Service Providers who we consider to maintain acceptable standards of data
security compliance, and we will do our part to meet those standards as they apply to
Graduate.edu.lk; and

in accessing your personal information.
It is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your personal information, to
ensure that it is up to date, relevant and of an appropriate quality to enable us to
provide our Services to you. If you have registered an account via the Site, you can
update your personal information via your account's profile settings.
